I filed my labor from Company A in june 2004 in eb3 catagory.
I changed my employer to a nother company B in may 2005 and filed perm based labor in eb2 catagory. got approved in jan 2006 also filed I 140 from the same company and got it approved in june 2006.
now my question is can i use company A's labor filing date as my priority date for filing 1485.
Also, i will be completing my 6th year of H1B in may 2007
My client company is asking me to join the company. if I plan to transfer my H1B to my current client company C, then what would be the good time to transfer.
Should i wait till i get the 7th year extension?
can i also transfer my current labor and approved I140 to company C.
