I have my Labor and I140 approved. My I140 was approved in June 2006. My
I-485 has not been filed yet as my priority date is not current. My 6th year of my H1B expires in Jan 2008. I just got a job offer with another employer. What impact does my taking my new job have to
1. My I140 - will I lose my priority date of June 2006?
2. Will my new employer have to file for a new I140?
3. Will I lose my Labor certification?
4. Will I get a H1B for an extra three years under my new employer?
