Hi...

(i) If my labor is approved with Company A, can i file I 140 with company B? or else what are the requirements for filing I140 from company B.

(ii)If my I140 is approved , do i need to file I485 with the same employer? or
what is the general requirement.

Thanks

Are you kidding - if it was that easy there'd be less problems. Anyway, the company that files I-140 also must be the one that has filed for your LC. You can have multiple LCs and I-140s filed (only one I485 though).

Unless you are going for AC-21 (please read up on that separately) the I-485 is based on the I-140 which is based on the LC which is based on the job offer with the employer who filed such LC. So naturally it is expected that at least at the moment of approval of the I-485 you are starting to work for the employer who filed the LC & I-140.
