EB3 concurrently filed on 09/26/2003
I-140 RFE 05/26/2004 company ability to pay
I485 RFE 05/26/2004 W2 for the past three years
Both RFEs on one letter
File H1B1 transfer request to another company 06/23/2004
Rely I140/I485 RFE on 07/01/2004
EAD RFE 07/09/1004 typo on names, ask for copy of
passport

EAD LUD got changed on 07/21/2004, 07/22/2004 and 07/23/2004. But the message is still the same.
I-140 approved 07/20/2004. only get the mail and the lawyer have not received anything yet.
My question is
a. if I want to leave the current employer (continue that H1B transfer),do I have any legal problems?
b. The job title of LC is software engineer. I don't know the detailed job description of LC. How do I get my job description on LC to make sure that I will not have
any problems using AC21 ?
c. if later my current company withdraw my I140, will I get any trouble in I485 processing?
