My friend just got his labor approved from the backlog center (PD Sep2003). He needs to get his H1 extension before Dec06. Will he get an extension if his labor is already approved (not pending anymore). Does he need to have his I-140 approved before he files for his H1 extension.
He's EB2 so he cant file premium processing as well. Any idea how long it will take to get his 140 approved (State is TN).
