I applied for EAD on Feb 27 2003 and got an RFE on my I140 regarding ability to pay.I want to know , whether that puts a hold on my EAD. As the local INS office at Baltimore said that they cannot issue an interim EAD as I485 is on hold.
I have not yet replied the RFE. I dont see any change in USCIS processing dates or activity on my EAC#.
