I140 and 485

1. What are the risk factors for involved for applying for GC based on approved labor.
2. What documentation is must before applying for I140 and 485 concurrently ? ( very difficutl to reach lawyer and get this info from lawyer )

first thing, get rid of this lawyer if possible...

original LC must be there to make things simple.. otherwise forget it !!
- qualifications and experience also should match.
- don't go for this unless you are desperate and exceeding 6 yrs.
