I140 Amendment

Hi,
My previous employer A had filed my I-140 under EB2. I moved to new employer B and he too has filed I-140 now under EB2.
I have good terms with the previuos employer A. The I-140 he filed has been approved. Can my current employer B file an I-140 amendment to take advantage of the priority date from my previous employer A's I140.
Is a copy of the approved I140 from employer A enought to do that, or any other documents are needed?

Priority Date's significance arises during the I-485 filing. You have to get all the I-140s approved before that.

I am not sure whether a copy of I-140 would suffice ... anyone with an answer??
