I Submitted My Application For I140 With Sponsor On 02.26.2007
Now My Sponsor's Business Is Hit Badly And Also He Is Not Using My Full Potential I Expect My I140 To Be Approved By End Of 2007
Q1 What Happens If Business Close Before Approval Of I140
Q2 What Happens If Sponsors Is Implicated In A Felony Before /
And After Approval Of I140
Q3 Can I Switch Jobs And Maitain The I140 After It Is Approved,
And 180 Days Have Passed With The Same Employer Now That
Concurrent Filing Of I140 & I485 Is Not Allowed And Being From
A Country Which Pd Is Not Current Hence Cannot File I485
