i140 ablity to pay extra evidence needed

we just got a letter fom the uscis saying that the company need to provide more evidence for ability to pay. the letter says " any additional evidence to pay during that year (2005) as needed, such as bank account records or other evidence of finacial recourses that were available to the petitioner durinh the year.further evidence of the petitioner ability to pay the preffered wage during 2005-06 such as copies bank account records or other evidence of finacial recourses that were available to the petitioner to have paid the preffered wage during 2005-06."

please advise me if anyone faced this problem & the source to overcome with this problem. UN PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS.

Your company's financial records for 2005 and a confirmation that they are meeting the preferred wage for 2005-06 rates for your job and qualification - This is what they are asking for.

Your attorney should coordinate to get these docs from your employer. Obviously most of the employers dont release this information to you, but your attorney should be able to get these and put it together on your behalf and send it to USCIS.

RFEs have a time span for response associated with them. The quicker these docs are sent, the better.
