I140- ability to pay

Can someone give me information about the employers ebility to pay. I am changing job and would like to know if I140 with that company will be approved. What information should I ask from the employer. That company has about 40 people and they show 30k profit. To show the ability to pay how much money should the company show I mean in terms of Revenue, networth etc.

Income

I would say your employer net income shouldn't be less than how many applicants salary he filed. For example if your employer filed 5 employes and he claimed he is paying $65000 then his net income shouldn't be less than 325000.00
