Guy's i need to file for I140 & ability to pay issue is a big concern for me & my attorney. We can not come with the issue even after we do the math of Assests over liabilities for the company. Is it possible to submit the personal financial documents of the owner along with company's tax returns. Can his financial help to back up my I140 submition? If any knowledge on this please let me know.
