i140 ability to pay evidence ?

:confusedconfusedconfused: we just got a letter fom the uscis saying that the company need to provide more evidence for ability to pay. the letter says " any additional evidence to pay during that year (2005) as needed, such as bank account records or other evidence of finacial recourses that were available to the petitioner durinh the year.further evidence of the petitioner ability to pay the preffered wage during 2005-06 such as copies bank account records or other evidence of finacial recourses that were available to the petitioner to have paid the preffered wage during 2005-06."

please advise me if anyone faced this problem & the source to overcome with this problem. UN PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS.
 
Yes, I too had received a RFE for 'ability to pay'. In my case too, USCIS had asked for an enormous list of documents. My company provided the necessary documents and after a tense period, I finally received approval for my I-140.
