I140-485 - Nebraska

Hi,

My I140 and 485 has been applied on Sept 3rd,2004 at Nebraska EB2 category.

However, the processing dates of I-140 haven't been moving lately at this center. And with the PERM coming into the effect starting from MARCH 28, I am in a dilemma.
My attorney tells me that most of the things in PERM are not that clear and are vaguely stated...

1] Should I wait for some more time in order to see if the processing gets resumed at Nebraska or else ?

2] Should I get (actually buy ) a labor from other center like Vermont and apply before March 28th.

3] Should I take a risk and wait for PERM processing ?

Guys, please help me as the March 28th deadline is fast approaching.

Thanks,

Ok..you totally confused the hell out of me... and I think you are mixing up all things...what is your exact situation here? How does PERM implementation affect your processing of I-140/I-485 in any way???

This is not true --- NSC is processing but randomly.. U may get approval in next fews days to months..

T
until its live -- many things are yet to be defined.

Nebraska has NOT stoped processing.
2] Should I get (actually buy ) a labor from other center like Vermont and apply before March 28th.
it may not be a good idea to do that -- U will loose money and time ...
you are EB2 -- which shows that U have a strong edu background and work for faily good company..
3] Should I take a risk and wait for PERM processing ?
The risk ? I not sure what type of threats U are expecting to get -- once PERM starts.

Thanks,
