hi, i have a question.
I am filing for i-140/1-485 concurrently. my company hassnt filed taxes for 2002 and the last one available is 2001 taxes. They have asked for an extension for 2002 taxes and i have those papers.
2001, our company financials was kinda bad. 2002 was good. now i have to file for 140/485. what can i do? do i have to use 2001 taxes or show teh extension filed for 2002?
will i get a rfe later?
