I140/485 Concurrent filing RFE replied - EAD & AP still pending

Hi Guys,

Please Suggest/advice regarding my case.

1140/485 Concurrent filing date- Oct 1 2002
Got an Interim EAD on - Jan 1st 2003
Got an RFE on I140(Regarding company merger docs) - Jun 25 th 2003
RFE Replied - Jul 25 2003
Interim EAD Expired - Aug 31st 2003
Quit my job :( (Fortunately My husband is still working on H1 visa)
Still I140 is not approved.
Made an inquiry to CSC center and got a reply saying that case is pending.

Confused/Worried... :confused:


Any advice???
