hi everybody,
Here goes my story and this is my first post in this forum tough i had been having a look at it for the last couple of months.
Labor - took 2y6m , filed in RIR from Vermount.
moved to Texas,asked lawyer to file from vermount but company dint support me and had it filed from TSC,somehow luckly it dint prove too costly.
I140,485 EB2 , RD Sep19th 2003
Approved Oct8th 2004,got emails of approval on Oct 9th,which happened to be my sons first birthday.I read some post earlier saying they got their approval on theier sons birthday,call it whaterver,i had it on the back of my mind, woke up on 9th happed to check my email for any approvals and had the pleasent news.
My 140,485 approved,my wife 485 has a RFE,probably medical i guess.
waiting for my approval notices and the RFE notice.
FIY no enquiries,no senators no FBI name check.
My guess is TSC is doing a lot better ,looks like they are approving sep/oct and even nov 2003 cases.I know there are couple of guys out there in March,April who happened to be bit unlucky and also some guys who did not have the luxary of concurrent approval and are still waiting for their 485.Hopefully they get there approvals soon.
