If my I140 is applied with I485
and my co. is acquired
Do I need to file I140 again? (my lawyer says to refile I140)
If I do, is my I485 case affected?
(finger printing is done already)
Do I need to refile I485, I765 and I131 for myself and my wife I refile I140?
