I134 for my parents - pls.Help

I have sent I134 form printed on 2 separate pages . Is that okay ? . Visitor Visa interview is in 2 days @ Chennai

Some websites have mentioned that I134 should be printed on 1 single paper on 2 sides .

I think that should be Ok as long as you get notarized seal on both pages. But I beleive DS-156 forms SHOULD be printed back to back.I didnt read anything like that anywhere about I-134 form.

I134 is notarized only on the 2nd page where notarization specification has mentioned . Didnt get it on 1st page , is that going to cause problem :confused:
