Guys,

Can anyone shed some wisdom.

I have a sponsor in the US, he is married and his wife works.

Only he is sponsoring me.

Because both married partners work, does he then list his children as partially dependant?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes, he has to list his wife and children as partially dependent.
