I134 - Affidavit of support

My lawyer filled my I134 as per the details I gave him, for my interview on Tuesday and fedexed it to me.
At the bottom of the form on page 2 where it says details of who is preparing the form on my behalf, he has mentioned his name and his firm\'s address. But it also asks for his signature and date.
He has not put his signature or date.
I spoke to him, and he said that it is no problem, and that he usually doesnot sign that.
I am not sure if he is telling me just because he doesnot want to fill it again and send it to me, or whether he is correct.
Guys, what are your experiences with this? Do you think that his signature is required?

Why do u have to fill up I-134..its for ur dependant say ur wife..
if ur the only person for GC..there is no need of I-134..

I would imagine his signature should be needed if he prepares it

But if he is not ready to give it to you why dont you go to immihelp.com and fill the form exactly like he did and you would have prepared it yourself. :) hence his signature not needed.

just my 2 cents. Why let a small technicality trouble you when it is so easily avoidable

One quick note - You mentioned get the form from immihelp.
I couldnot find a fillable I134 on immihelp.
Can you please either post the form here or send me the URL?
