I131 (advance parole) question

Hi,
How long does it take to get the approval for I131? I mean from experience. I want to go in in my country in July 2005, but as long as I'm not sure about I131 approval I don't know what to do? To reserve the tickets or not? To make plans, or just wait for a sign from USCIS?

H1 valid till 2007.
140/485 ND March/04/2005 VSC.
EB1 & EB2 (that's what I was told by my lawyer).
FP scheduled for April 29th 2005.
Soon GC (I wish!)

I'm also in similar situation. But the differance is, I bought my tickets too.If you have valid H1 Stamp on Pass port, I prefer using it. But AP is getting approved in 1- 2 months at VSC.

RFE on AP on FEB 28th. RFE for photoes (Notice says photos are digital) .Photos sent & got confirmation on 3/15.waiting for AP approval as of now. LUD changes everyday since 3/15.

does anybody have an Idea, how long it's taking to get approval once RFE(photos) on AP is sent? LUD changes everyday, don't know whats going on...
