I131 for Parents

Hi Everyone,

I am now a citizen and would like to apply for I130(petition for alien relative) for my parents. Do i have to fill out an affadavit of support? I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong spot, but couldnt find any other threads for I131.

re entry permit

You mean re enrty permit?? You dont need affidavit. download the form from uscis website. fill it up properly. send fees $385 each person . wait for
bio metric appt where they take fingerprints and photo. should be done within 2 mo.

sorry but you mention I-131 on the subject line which is re-entry permit but in the body you mention I-130 totally different issue. ignore my reply earlier.

Yes with I-485. Correct form is I-864.
