I131 approved with wrong Photo.

Hi,

I applied online for I 131 (me and my wife).My wife got approved but it has my photographs, mine got query for 140 and my photos. how to get corrected my wife's I 131.

please suggest me how to go ahead.

Better call USCIS for this situation. Send back the approved AP with letter explaning the mistak with your photographs/info. Keep/save copies of approved AP.
This kind of exceptional mistake that could be taken care by USCIS, I think so.
