Now my AP has been approved. On the same day they issued an RFE for my 485. This is too funny, but good. I probably will not use the AP (that I have been in need of for 2 months) since I expect my 485 will be approved in about a months time.

about AP

I applied my AP June 2003. At the beginning of this year, I have some family emergency and I have to go back home. I went to TSC three times for my AP with a hospital proof. Following is what happened:

First time: At the small window for an entry number I was refused, they told me the hospital proof is not the one they want.

Second time: My brother faxed me the "right" hospital proof, I got an entry number, after waiting for 4 hours in the waiting room, I was refused again for no reason.

Third time: With a dead certificate, I went to TSC again, after waiting for another 4 hours, I got my AP.

You could tell how cruel the immigration officers are and they never consider if same thing happened to their family( I believe that day will come)
 
My AP ND is April 30, 2003 and i got an RFE and reply was received on 29th Dec 2003. NO NEWS OF APPROVAL YET. Its been 10 months and waiting...
