I am planning to apply for renewal of AP. I went to the INS website and clicked on I131 link under Forms and Fees section.
After the Instructions paragraph, Download paragraph mentions the following (in red color):
"I-131 (PDF, 707 KB) Please note: This is the only edition currently authorized for use. INS is revising the form to update the instructions, but the new form is not expected before August 2002 "
So, is there a new form ?. Or the current on (Edition dt. 12/10/91) the correct form?.
