Can anyone give a timeline of how long it takes just for the I130 alone to be approved thru the Newark DO? In my situation I had to file just the I130 alone and wait for it to be approved before I can proceed with all other paper work for my wife. Anyone have any idea how long for approval? I submitted I130 back in late April 2004 and still haven't heard anything. This wait is killing me
