I130 request for evidence

Hi there.
I am married to a US citizen. I am out of status for last 7 years.
My attorney filed I130 in may 2008. " he did not file concurrently." now i have a request for evidence of ligible copy of marriage certificate.
what should i do..?
file 485 and work permit also at the same time we send the copy of cerificate.
and big question...how long will all this make take now...

130's filed separately are sent to different locations from 130 +485. Send the RFE where they asked you to. Then prepare your 485 etc, attach a copy of 130 NOA and send to the address on 485.

Having said this, you don't need that attorney. I don't think you are getting the piece of mind you deserve from him/her.
