I am filing I130 for my brother.

1.
Do I need to submit his or my photograph with petition ?

2.
If I submit peition with following documents,
copy of my naturalization certificate
copy of two affeidavites for my birth ( mother, grandmother )
copy of two affidavites for my brother ( mother, relative ).
Will it be sufficient for petition to be accepted ?

3.
Could I submit additional documents later on, after petition is accepted ?e.g. my bother's secondary birth evidences. marriage cetificate, children's birth certificate ?

Thanks.

Hi ,
you need one photograph for yourself and one for your borther. If the application packet is missing any evidence you get a RFE which delays the process. So, if you can put everything together and mail it out , that would be ideal.
