I130 Q as filing for Parents Seperately

I filed I130 and I485 for my mom in Oct 2008.
Now, at Feb 2009, I am filing for my Dad...

I have a question:

On I 130 Part D other info....should I put my mom's case in 1 or 2 below

1 if seperate petition s are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship...

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?
