I130 problem

hello everyone,
I applied for marriage based greencard in 1st week of JAN(485,131,130,751), my 131& 751 were approved in 1 month, but unfortunately post master never delivered I130 receipt(returned to ISCIS office as undelivered), we didn't move anyware. i received my applications properly , but my wife's I130 was never delivered.so we been calling NBC customer center to redeliver the I130, we called about 20 times so far, evertime they they saying it should redelivered within 1 month else call us back. no prograss so far in last 3 months, pls advice me to escalate the issue

I had same problem – never got my I-130 receipt. I kept on calling and calling. The customer service people are useless in this kind of thing.
They will tell you to call back in a month. If you call sooner they will say you can only make another inquiry in another 30 days.
I asked and was transferred promptly to the service center my I-130 was pending. I was told twice they will resend my receipt.
They never did.
My I-130 finally got approved after three months and when I got the approval later I stopped worrying and calling about the receipt.
My advice would be to call them again, or even better - ask your wife to call them and ask for a transfer to MSC or whenever your I-130 is pending.

My I-130 got approved in about three months in California service center in January (I originally sent it to TSC, but it got transferred to CSC).
I don’t know how long MSC takes to process them.
I sent another I-130 (for a child) to Chicago lock box in the beginning of March and it’s now pending in MSC. Got receipt already, nothing else.
 
hej its worst here didn t get I 485 receipt too. Without it I can t go to fingrprints. They tell me to wait until 22 to call again-a month since they were sent. Would you sssuggesst better to write them?

From your previous post I know you sent your package on March 2nd.
And you still don’t have receipts for both I-485 and I-130, is it correct?
Have your checks been cashed yet? On average it takes up to three weeks to hear back from USCIS, but they won’t issue a receipt without accepting your apllication and the payment first.
As to your question - You’ll get the answer from them faster if you just keep calling them. Or ask somebody else to call and talk on your behave. Good luck!
