I130, possible to add another person after filing?

Dear Fellows,

I got my PR in 2000. I filed I130 for my wife in 2001. We got a baby in 2004. The I130 is still pending due to visa number availability.

Is it possible to add my baby to the I130 I filed for my wife? If so, please give some hints as for how to do it.

Where was the baby born? I have the same question if the baby born outside of the US. I presume that, while the I-130 is still pending, you can file the amended I-130 indicating your A# and enclosing a copy of notice of receipt with such amendment package. Can anyone who knows I-130 amendment confirms my answer please?

Also, I have another question. In case the baby delievered outside of the US and after I-130 approved, there should be no other chance to add the baby into application, am I right here? thank you who ever can answer this question.
