Hi! All, My Brother petitioned for me last year during which I was under final order of deportation. The initial receipt specified 999 days for decision to be rendered on the petition. The USCIS website is indicating that it takes between 500 and 550 days to process this type of case. September 17, 2005 will make 550 days. . Is it possible for the petition to be approve? 2. If approved, can I adjust my status without leaving USA?.
