My husband applied I130 for me and he has already paid the fees of 400 + 88 or something to NVC...
Now the I130 application is currently at the NVC waiting for him to send the affidavit of support and DS 230 form.
He has some delay in preparation of these forms and might need a supporting affidavit of support from a friend/relative...
Currently the i130 PD date is August 2010 and my application date is Nov 2010.
My question is do all these documents need to be sent before my application date becomes current? In case if he waits a few months and sends the documents to NVC few months after my application becomes current will there be any problems?? It might be a silly question but just wanted to make sure as the immigration process is so complicated....
