I applied I130 for my husband...recently I recevied a letter stating " This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case" .. Is there anyone recevived letter like this?I applied I130 for husband on May 2008.Still I have to wait long time to get approval letter? can you please advise....
