I am in L1B currently, came to US on short work trips/per diem met US citizen while returning back after first trip from US. Started relationship, visited 4 times in 2023 and 2024. During 7th trip got married on last day of return to India. After 3 months entered in December 2024 on L1B while US citizen spouse started prepping for Concurrent filing. Any red flags?
