here's my immigration process , i overstayed in us after visa tourist about 1 year .on 02/15/01 married to usc.
03/16/2001 i130/i 485
10/30/2003 interview my wife and my son in law were present .i had all the document and evidences .no decision has been made .
02/04/2004 i 360 /vawa ( 2 rfe good faith marriage even i have police commender affidafit )
05/22/2006 vawa approval.
2 nd i 485 application with msc with msc #
f p 07/05/2006
an interview based on the 2nd i485 on 10/10/2006 the officer didn't have the original file.
another interview based on the first i485 on 10/17/2006 i went with all the evidences with the officer .
right now my lup is 10/28/2006 i made two inqueries they said i will receive a decision after 6 month from 01/17/2007 (by 07/17/2007) or another notice .
does any one went trough this long vawa process ?
can the officer deny my case even with vawa approval ?
