I130 form filing question

I am a us citizen applying for my daughter over 21 and married with 2 children age 8 and 3.

in section C question 17 list husband/wife and all children of your relative.
Do i have to write my daughter name Too or only her husband, and two children.

1. i am sending this form i.130 and my passport copy and fees.

what are the supporting documents do i have to send.

You are petitioning for your daughter so she is on page one. Her children and her husband are the relatives of your daughter so you list only them on page 2.
Documents to send:
copies of passports
copies of your relatives birth certificates
copies of marriage certificate
copies of your birth certificate

i don't know if you need to send separate I-130's for all your daughter's dependants, this is where I was told yes, at first, then no later and my dependent ended up not getting her approval.
