I130 Filing and fees for india

I am a naturalized US citizen i want to apply for my married daugher age 30 and her husband age 35 and 2 children ages 7 and 2.

my questions are
1. if i file using I-130 do i have to use 4 seperate i130 or only one for my daughter.

2. do i have to pay 355 total or pay 1420 for 4.

3. for my daugher and her family how many years it takes to get green card from start to finish.

4. finally as of today from start to finish how much do i have to spend per person average ?
 
You file one I-130 for your married daughter, and list her husband and children under section C Information about your alien relative, List husband/wife and all children of your relative. filing fee is $355.00
