I just sent in the I130 petitions for my parents. Seems like the California center is moving fast and so I wanted to be prepared for the next steps. I believe, once the I130 is approved, I will recv. the ACL and DS3032 forms. If I was to put myself as their agent of choice...does that mean henceforth I would recv. all their paperwork and I would then need to mail it to them for completing and signing ? Would this add a delay ... as opposed to having my father be the agent of choice for himself and my mother and getting all communication mailed directly to him ?
In case I am their Agent of Choice, can I have them sign the ACL form, then fax it to me and then I submit the fax instead of the original? Will that be accepted?
