Hi
I have a doubt for filling out I130. I am here on F1. My wife is a citizen and We are filing for my change of status. Now I130 asks for the "Date legal stay expired or will expire as given on I-94 or I-95". Now my I-94 does not have any date written on it. What shoul i write on it? Please help..........

When do you apply for UI? After you are out of a job or while you are in a job and anticipating to be out of a job? Is there an age limit for applying for UI (either min. or max.)? Appreciate your responses.

We did not put D/S, the F-1 visa has an expiration date on it, the D/S (duration of status) for the I-94 expiration can be no later than the expiration of the visa, unless you got some magical unending F-1 visa. Per instructions put that date down, not D/S, UNLESS you are already out of status due to failure to comply with visa terms (attend school etc). If you are out of status you need to be honest about that and it should be forgiven if you entered legitimately on an F-1 and have a bona fide marriage.
