Urgent help is needed .
My mother is a permanant resident . She filed for my brother in 1997 for I130 (Unmarried child 21 or older of permanant resident ) . In the mean time he is married since last 2 years .
Can any one suggest the procedure .
My dilemma is according to that category of visa , since he is married now . Is the visa application still valid . If my mother has to reapply she is still not a citizen .
Any advice .
