I have just received this I797C notice of Approval.

Please tell me what will be the next? Thanks

It has been 7 years + 1 month.

When I submitted the I130 petition (for my sister and her daughter) in May 1998, her daughter was aged 17, and now she is 24.
Is she still qualified?

I am not sure, but she might still be qualified. If she did not get married.
I got my green card through my dad, and I was 18 when they applied, and i only got the green card when i turned 21 and i was still qualified since they applied before i turned 21...
see a lawyer......
