my parents are visiting from india. i (a us citizen) would like to sponsor them for a gc. i am just starting the process and have few questions:
- do i need to file a separate i30 for my dad and mom?
- do my dad and mom need to file i485 separately?
- do they get their medical exams done now (along with filing i485) or later (when called for interview)?
- how much does it cost to get a medical exam?
- we live in atlanta so i assume we apply every thing in the atlanta ins office. correct?
