I currently just back from Debar, Macedonia and got married out there. What a mission it was. I have a few questions:
1) on our marriage certificate they spelled her name wrong. They inserted an exTRA j. Its suppose to be Majlinda, they made it Majljinda. What Im havinG her do is get a new birth certificate with the wrong spelling and a new passport with the wrong spelling Is that the way to go?
2) Should I spell her name wrong or right when filing forms?
3) Im albanian but am form macedonia. So her name is albanian translated into macedonian and then I gotta translate it back to english which is MAJLINDA.
4) WHAT DO I EXACTLY NEED FROM HER NOW TO SUBMIT PETITION?
ANYONE HAVE A LIST? LIKE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, PHOTO, PICTURES OF US TOGETHER WHAT ELSE DO I NEED???????????
DO I SEND ORIGINALS OR JUST COPIES?
5) WHE SHE FILLS OUT G325A SHE USES HER MAIDEN NAME ALWAYS OR USES MY LAST NAME ? IF SHE IS OVER THERE AND IM IN USA DOES SHE STILL HAVE TO SIGN PAPERS? OR DOES SHE SIGN AND FAX THEM OVER?
6) THE G325A FORM SAYS "THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH __OTHER ___NATURALIZATION ___ STATUS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT
DO I PUT OTHER THEN I130?
7) DO I HAVE TO GET ALL DOCUMENTS TRANSLATED IN TO ENGLISH?
