My 140 approved after RFE

Hi,

My case also had RFE for original labor certificate, some Company tax things and asking for my experience/traning letters...Basically the person who filed didn\'t send any letters or cetificate alongwith.
Then again they took 2 weeks to review the RFE and send it back...My EB3 got approved...I filed for EB2 also since the same person by mistake file EB3..who cares though...

Nways finally it got approved.

ND: 10/08/01
RFE: 11/15/01 by AVM got it on 11/20/01
Sent out on 12/10/01 from my office
ND: 11/17/01 from AVM
Approved: 11/19/01 AVM...I checked message yesturday...

Best luck guys...Don\'t get fustrated..let\'s take its own time..and we can\'t really do much if it takes time...so don\'t spoil your days...

AVM message said they received information against my RFE on 12/17/01
when I checked on 18th...Then when I checked on 21th I got the message my case for EB3 has been approved on 12/19/01 and they mailed a receipt...Even my EB2 case also approved on 12/21/01...I filed for both since my company lawyer made a mistake filing EB3 instead of EB2..
But everything is current..My EB2 case details are
ND 09/13/01 from AVM
approved on 12/21/01 from AVM.

I possibly would have same query for EB2 but since they sent answer to my EB3 RFE, INS must have used that info for my EB2 too...or possibly since I have 2 case filed if one category is approved may be second ultimately approved too!!! you know what I mean
