Only one approved for yesterday and non for today. It's really slow. A friend of mine whose RD is Nov/2001 got approved too.

See other folks here got approved. I wonder when my day will come. I feel I almost reach my biggest tolerance.

Did you change your job? Leave the sponsoror? If so did you use your EAD to do so? I was just curious to know 'cause friend of mine with similar situtaion has done these things. His is also RD:9/23/2001.

I have the same feeling. My RD, ND and RFE are exactly same with yours. As you mentioned, maybe our cases are just assigned to the same slowest officer. Hope our day can come soon.

I didn't change my job, didn't leave my sponsor. I extended my H1B for another 3 years. During same time I also got my EAD. Everything is in good shape.
