what if they got married in Germany ? US recognises german marriages and I think there is no law yet, not recognising same sex marriages.

Coudl make an interesting test case if the US citzen then applied for a green card for the spouse ?

For your information "marriages" is nowhere in the US constitution. However the constitution does say that all our laws should protect everyone. This is something you would not understand. It is very sad that the USA would give a greencard to someone like you but leave out other citizens simply for who they love.

Best option.... get married to her and rather let her migrate to the UK to live with you permanently.Gay marriages as far as i'm concerned is recognised by the UK Constitution(afterall there are high profile personalities who are gay even in the CABINET). Both of you can still have the chance to go to the USA for long period of holidays(6months) on the visa waiver programme.It might interest you also to know that if you are a British by birth, you don't qualify currently to take part in the DV Lottery unless otherwise. My advice to you is ,

I am wondering why you are planning to go to hell than to the US.Why do you need to carry different colour cards.What you really need at the moment is not US not even the Green card and if you can even make it to the states then you will add more burden to the innocent American minds.You are totally out of knowledge to let your ordinary human hood back to what even animals don't do.Animals too desire opposite sexes for their satisfaction.I am sure your mama and daddy didn't raise you up that manner.To tell you honestly ,God is watching each and every move you make and if you want to keep up that way then you are calling a heavy judjement on your self for defying natural laws.
