Waiting since 2 months for reply from KCC
Hi Jonhkent,
Thanks for your reply.I had sent the DSP-122 forms to KCC notifying for AOS on June 16 2007 and I confirmed the receipt of the packet with KCC too. Now it is more than 2 months that I have been waiting for the reply from KCC saying to deal the rest of the case with USCIS.
Is there a deadline to pay the DV fee $375 to USCIS? OR when would be the best time for me to pay the fees. What can I do now in this case?
I have contacted KCC regarding this issue but everytime they give a similar answer.
