I had found out about this site when i was filing my N400, you all are so informative and helpful. I am just amazed. Thanks to all the people that have posted their personal experiences. It's nice that we as immigrants are helping each other out. Thank you all. Without this site, i probably would have thought nothing else i can do but wait while USCIS ignored my case but thanks to you guys, i am taking action preparing to file suit, fighting for my rights. Thank you guys.:)
 
Yes, its definitely great to have folks on the same boat as ourselves who are willing to help with sincere, honest advice. Its very unfortunate that you have been stuck in the Name Check black hole but its nice to see that you are now taking things in your hand...... Wish you all the best and hope that your immigration process moves forward.

I'm just curios..if you've had your interview already why are you filing WOM? You should go for 1447(b) which will be a stronger options and USCIS will be forced to adjudicate within 120 days after your interview.
